Graceful Passings, based in Seattle, supports in-person and virtually, pet parents before, during, and after a pet’s passing.
You may be facing a serious diagnosis, struggling with end-of-life or euthanasia decisions, preparing for your beloved pet’s final days, planning a meaningful goodbye, or grieving after your loss.
As a non-medical pet doula, Marisa provides emotional, practical, and spiritual support alongside the care provided by your veterinarian. She can help you understand what may lie ahead, consider your wishes, prepare for difficult moments, and create a goodbye that honors your pet’s life.
Support may include end-of-life preparation, death and grief companionship, memorial planning, rituals, keepsakes, and guidance after a pet’s passing.
Graceful Passings does not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, or replace veterinary advice.
About Marisa
Marisa is a certified End-of-Life Pet Doula through the University of New England, with additional end-of-life care training through the International End of Life Doula Association.
Her background in hospice support, grief facilitation, ritual work, and professional animal care shapes the calm, compassionate support she offers pet parents.
Marisa understands how deeply a pet’s presence can shape your routines, relationships, and sense of home. She creates a judgment-free space where you can ask difficult questions, prepare at your own pace, and make choices that feel right for you and your pet.
Her work may include spiritual, intuitive, ritual, or nature-based elements when these feel meaningful to the client. Support is always personal and guided by your own values and beliefs.
Marisa lives in Seattle with her pug, Ella, and works with clients virtually and in person throughout the Puget Sound region.
